Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In the same condition as when you received it
In the original packaging

Items not eligible for return include:

Those not in their original condition
Damaged items
Items missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send an email to info@hkaffinity.com and mail your item to:

Shipping

To return a product, mail it to the address provided above.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
