Solution 2:

  1. Increase the setting value of the jerk counter overflow level.
  2. Reduce the speed
  3. Increase the acceleration and deceleration time
  4. The load is too heavy, need to re-select a larger capacity motor or reduce the load, add gears and other drive mechanisms to improve the load capacity.
