Ⅰ. Maintenance Items

Refer to the following table for specific maintenance items.

Ⅱ. Battery Replacement Procedure

If the DX200 has a battery warning type alarm, please replace the battery pack using the following steps

• Turn off the power to the cabinet.
• Remove the cover and take out the battery pack.
• Remove the battery pack from the holder.
• Insert the new battery pack into the free socket on the base.
• Remove the old battery pack from the base.
• Install the new battery pack on the cradle.
• Close the cover plate, tighten the screws, end of operation.

Ⅲ. Grease replenishment and replacement procedures

1. Replace the grease in the S-axis reducer.

• Remove the plugs of the grease injection port and the grease drain port.
• Install the PT3/8 type G threaded nozzle A into the grease injection port.
• Inject grease.
• Allow the old grease to drain completely from the drain port until new grease comes out.
• Before installing a plug in the oil drain hole, rotate the S-axis for a few minutes to allow excess grease to drain from the oil drain hole.
• Wipe off the excess grease with a cloth and remove the oil filler plug. Then install the plugs for the oil injection port and the oil drain port. Apply sealant to the threads of the plug and tighten.

2. L-axis Reducer Grease Change

• Adjust the position of the L-axis so that it is perpendicular to the floor.
• Remove the plugs of the oil filling hole and the oil drain hole.
• Install the PT3/8 type G threaded nozzle A into the oil injection port.
• Inject grease.
• Allow the old oil to drain completely from the drain hole until new oil comes out.
• Before installing the plug in the oil drain hole, rotate the L-axis for a few minutes to allow excess grease to drain from the oil drain hole.
• Remove the grease nipple from the oil fill port and install an NPT3/8 hex plug. Apply sealant to the plug threads and tighten. Be careful not to overtighten.

3. U-axis Reducer Grease Change

• Adjust the position of the U-arm so that it is parallel to the ground.
• Remove the plugs from the grease injection port and the grease drain port.
• Install the A type G threaded nozzle PT3/8 into the grease injection port.
• Inject grease.
• Allow the old oil to drain completely from the drain hole until new oil is discharged.
• Before installing the plug in the oil drain hole, rotate the U-axis for a few minutes to allow excess grease to drain from the oil drain hole.
• Remove the nozzle from the oil fill hole and install an NPT3/8 hex plug.Apply sealant to the threads of the plug and tighten. Be careful not to overtighten.
• Wipe off excess grease with a cloth and install the PT3/8 hex plug in the oil drain hole, apply sealant to the threads of the plug and tighten.

4. R Axis Reducer Grease Replenishment

• Remove the plugs from the oil fill and exhaust ports.
• Install the PT3/8 type G threaded nozzle A into the oil filling hole.
• Inject grease.
• Remove the nozzle from the oil fill port and install the plug. Apply sealant to the plug threads and tighten.
• Install the exhaust port plug. Apply sealant to the plug threads and tighten.

5. B Axis Reducer

Grease Filling Procedure

• Remove the bolts from the oil fill and exhaust ports.
• Install the MT6X1 type A G-threaded nozzle into the grease nipple.
• Inject grease.
• Inject grease. Remove the grease nipple from the oil fill port and install the screw. Apply sealant to bolt threads and tighten.
• Install the exhaust port bolt. Apply sealant to bolt threads and tighten.

6. T-axis Gear Grease Replenishment

• Remove the screws from the oil fill port 1 and the exhaust port.
• Install the grease nipple MT6X1 with A type G thread into the grease hole 1.
• Inject grease into grease nipple 1.
• Remove the grease nipple from grease nipple hole 1 and install the screw. Apply sealant to the bolt threads and tighten.
• Remove the bolts from the oil fill port 2.
• Install the A type G threaded nozzle MT6X1 into the oil fill hole 2.
• Fill grease hole 2 with grease.
• Remove the nozzle from the oil filler hole 2 and install the screw. Apply sealant to the bolt threads and tighten with
• Install the exhaust port bolt. Apply sealant to bolt threads and tighten.

7. R Axis Gearbox Grease Replenishment

• Adjust the position of the U-arm so that it is parallel to the ground.
• Remove the plugs from the oil injection hole and the oil drain hole.
• Install the A type G threaded nozzle PT1/8 into the oil fill port.
• Inject grease.
• Before installing the oil drain plug, rotate the R axis for a few minutes to allow excess grease to drain from the oil drain hole.
• Remove the grease nipple from the oil fill port and install the plug. Apply sealant to the threads of the plug and tighten it.
• Wipe off excess grease with a cloth and install the plug in the oil drain hole. Apply sealant to the plug threads and tighten.
